How Modular X handles contact and feasibility form data.
Modular X Inc. (“Modular X”, “we”) builds garden suites and laneway suites in Mississauga, Toronto, and the GTA. This page explains what we collect when you use modularxhomes.com.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (contact, feasibility, or quote), we collect the fields you enter — typically your name, email, property address, and message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and to run a lot / feasibility discussion. We do not sell your personal information.
Instant zoning lookup
The address lookup on /feasibility reads public City of Toronto and City of Mississauga zoning map data to show a zone code. That step does not require an email. If you continue past the map into the lot quiz or lead form, the details you submit are handled as form data above.
Who sees it
Inquiries go to our team at info@modularxhomes.com. We may use standard email and site tools to receive and store submissions so we can reply.
Cookies and analytics
If the site uses basic analytics or essential cookies to keep the site working, that is only to understand traffic and keep forms reliable. We do not make silent claims here about advertising pixels we are not running. If we add marketing pixels later, this page will be updated.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records, then delete or archive them under our normal practices.
Your choices
Email info@modularxhomes.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete an inquiry record where we are not required to keep it.
